About this concert
Congratulations on forming your new nonprofit! But you're not done yet. Many people don't realize that once you have obtained your Articles of Incorporation and 501c3, there are additional reports, filings, and registrations that must be made to maintain your corporation.
This includes your initial information return or annual report to the Secretary of State, which is normally due between 60 and 90 days from your joining date; your charity registration with the state attorney general's office, which is required before you can legally request any donations; and your state tax exemption application, so you can avoid paying sales tax.
The good news is that I can help you stay on track and avoid costly fines. Once you place an order, I will send you a list of the information needed to prepare your documents. Please note that filing fees are not included and you are responsible for submitting the forms.
Don't let paperwork overwhelm you or distract you from your mission. Contact me today to find out what your state's requirements are!
