I have a lot of experience (2 years) in Real Estate Cold Calling and Lead Generation for Real Estate Investors and Real Estate Agents
I have my own unique Mojo Dialer line. He dials around 80-100 phone calls in an hour.
I can do Lead management with Podio and other CRMs.
My abilities;
1) I call the owners and get a motivated seller and a struggling owner.
2) I collect property details such as: condition of house, condition of HVAC, condition of roof, windows and carpet, when listing was remodeled, how many beds/baths, square footage. sales price, any mortgage, what is the reason for sale and if it is rented, how much is the rental income per month.
3) I will schedule appointments for you to visit the property and meet the owner.
4) I provide detailed notes for every phone call I make.
