The basic package can support 1 logo concept without source files. It should be chosen by those who require improvements/changes to an existing design. The client is required to provide us with the logo source file and clear instructions of the required changes. Any subsequent request to change the design concept may be considered a new concept, requiring an additional package.
For best results, as seen in my portfolio of work, the STANDARD or PREMIUM package is recommended as they have more concepts.
