WHAT INCLUDES:
BASIC GIG: Comprehensive TM Search with Analysis (I always recommend starting with a search to check the availability of your proposed brand) .
STANDARD WORK: US TM application in a class
PREMIUM GIG: Up to three searches if the first one is problematic + TM request in a class
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The concert is only for US residents applying in the US.
- The filing fee for a US trademark application is per class of goods or services. Payment of the registration fee to the USPTO is the responsibility of the applicant. I will provide you with instructions for paying the filing fee.
- A gig is limited to one trademark in one class. Additional brands and classes will be added to your total.
