What do you need me to provide when placing the order?
You must provide the content (in Word document format or other text format), color schemes, page size, and number of pages.
Do you send the printed version?
NO! This is a digital download only. You can use Moo, Vista or your local print shop to print the designed planner. It is ready to print.
What if I need to make some changes after the order is completed?
Yes. We will do it for free if it is not a major redesign. Otherwise, we will charge a minimal fee for making large changes.
How long does it take you to send the initial draft?
In 99% of cases, we provide the first draft before the estimated delivery time (usually 36-48 hours). You can always request an extra express service if you are short on time.
How long does it take you to modify the printables for the requested revision?
Each review request may take between 12 and 24 hours due to time differences.
Do you design printables with a large number of pages?
Yes. We make year planners and other printables with many pages. Just contact me for more details. Also check the extra services of the service.
Do you design the cover page?
Yes, I do. You can add it as an extra service of the service. The cover page is included in the Premium package.
What is your source file?
Source files are Adobe After Effects (.ai or .eps), Adobe InDesign (.indd), or Adobe Photoshop (.psd). WE DO NOT PROVIDE OTHER TYPES OF FILES.
