How can I use my letterhead design? Don't worry, you will receive an editable Microsoft Word format so you can make the changes you need. How long does it take to do reviews? I always work hard to review any project as quickly as possible, but the average execution and delivery of reviews takes about 12 hours - 24 hours, give or take. In any case, be patient because quality always takes some time! :) How many reviews do I have left? That depends on the project and/or package purchased, but I am flexible with +revisions (within reason), so that you can be completely satisfied with the final design, that is always my main goal :) I paid for the editable source files. Why can't I open it? You need to have Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop software installed on your computer to be able to make modifications to the Ai or .PSD format. This is not a MICROSOFT OFFICE project, these are graphic files. Do you provide files for vista print and moo? Yeah! I provide files that can be easily printed via view print and moo.
