How can I use the letterhead design?
Don't worry, you will receive an editable Microsoft Word format so you can make the changes you need.
How long does it take to do reviews?
I always work hard to review any project as quickly as possible, but the average execution and delivery of reviews takes approximately 12 to 24 hours, give or take. In any case, be patient because quality always takes some time! :)
How many revisions do I have left?
That depends on the project or package purchased, but I am flexible with additional revisions (within reason), so you can be completely satisfied with the final design. That's always my main goal :)
I paid for the editable source files. Why can't I open them?
You need to have Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop software installed on your computer to be able to make modifications to the Ai or .PSD files. This is not a MICROSOFT OFFICE project; They are graphic files.
Do you provide files for vista print and moo?
Yeah! I provide files that can be easily printed via view print and moo. For custom sizes, please contact me.
