Frequently Asked Questions Does the buyer have all rights to the purchased logo concept? Yes, the buyer obtains all rights only to the design concept they have purchased. The seller may only share the work in his or her portfolio within or outside of Kamenik for the purposes of marketing and promoting his or her creative capabilities. The buyer is free to use the design as they wish. What is the process? After you have ordered a package, you will be asked for requirements. Based on your answers, I will create the design concepts. You can request a review on one of your favorite concepts. Then I will send you the final files. Contact me if you want to choose more concepts. What is a review? A revision includes minor changes to the design concept (font, colors, small adjustments/optimizations, layout). It is not a completely new design. If you want a completely different concept, please place an additional order for another concept. What is a design concept? A design concept is a creative business card idea based on your requirements. Can I order more 3 concepts of design? Yes, you can add an additional design concept for an extra $30. How many defined concepts will I receive? 1. After creating your chosen number of design concepts, you can choose a concept to finish. Contact me if you want to choose more concepts. Will I receive the font files? No, I can provide the link to the font and your license to purchase it. But I usually use free fonts from Google. Can I change my requirements during the design process? If there are additional, more elaborate or essential changes to the already submitted requirements after I have already started the design, I will unfortunately have to charge an additional fee for the extra effort. Do I need to provide printing specifications? It would be beneficial to have the exact specifications to ensure you can print the cards at your favorite printer. If you don't have specifications, I will use the common ones. What is a source file? It is the original editable file with which you can make future changes in the appropriate program: .ai --> Adobe Illustrator .indd --> Adobe InDesign .psd --> Adobe Photoshop
