Absolutely. The Basic package includes 1 review request by default, while the Standard and Premium packages allow 2 reviews. However, in most cases, we will accommodate additional review requests at no additional charge based on the scope of work.
Do you provide vector files or other formats suitable for various applications?
We provide AI, PDF and JPEG files by default. For custom 3D objects, we offer the necessary 3D files. Flexible and versatile formats can also be requested for your brand identity.
Are there additional charges for copyright or ownership of the final design?
Upon successful completion of an order, copyright or ownership of the final design belongs to you completely and at no additional charge.
Do you offer any ongoing support or assistance after completing the brand identity project?
