Essential
I'm going to review:
- Dialing options: how they work, prices, whether you need one or not
- Data sources: if we look for FSBO, FRBO, expired, etc. and where to get them
- CRM - back-end management - how you will manage leads in the long term
- Scripts: what approach you want to take, how you want to be represented on phones
Plus, I'll get you going with everything and dial in for 2 hours.
Intermediate
Includes:
- 7 hours of cold calling either on autodialer or manually
- 1 hour CRM to include:
- Follow
- Sending text messages or emails
Executive
I will do that:
- Use my bookmark and data sources
- Mark up to 100 hours per month
- Deliver leads to your CRM, email, or any other communication source you prefer
Please note that numbers will vary from area to area and the type of people required. To get started, I would need from you:
- Area for which you need data, preferably cities or postal codes
- Price ranges you would prefer
- Do you need only motivated leads, meaning I will manage/nurture leads who are not yet ready to buy or sell? Although I will handle it, I will not provide back-end CRM.
