As a Florida-based business startup consultant, I am proud to help aspiring entrepreneurs structure the business of their dreams.
My goal is to free you from the stress and overwhelm of establishing your new FLORIDA Limited Liability Company (LLC) .
I will file your Articles of Organization with the State of Florida. There will be a state filing fee when forming the LLC. I will inform you of the cost of the filing fee and you will pay the State filing fees directly to the State Division of Corporations at the time of filing. Once your LLC is created, I will provide you with a copy of the receipt showing that the state fees have been paid. I will then complete the training process and send you all the documentation.
To account for any delays in filing with the State, my gig allows for additional processing time and office closures .
