What are commercial use rights? Part 1
It is important to keep in mind copyright law in the United States: copyright is the exclusive right to control the reproduction and commercial exploitation of your creative work. I own the copyright to the original designs and can decide how they are used.
What are commercial use rights? Part 2
Basically, I'm just giving you the right to reproduce my work. It can't be changed unless I say so. Modifying my design is a copyright infringement and can get you into serious legal trouble. If you wish to purchase all copyrights, please select that concert extra when placing your order.
How many designs are included with the copyright transfer?
Only one design is included. If you have ordered multiple designs and want the rights to all of them, please let me know so I can send you a custom offer or add additional copyright transfers to your order.
And what about printing and shipping?
With access to professional-only printers, I can complete your paperwork and ship it directly to you. Please note that $50 is just the starting price for 500 standard cards printed on both sides. The final shipping price depends on what you order and the estimated delivery time will be determined by it. Sorry, shipping only available in the United States.
How long do reviews take?
Reviews typically take 12 to 24 hours, but may be shorter if the changes are simple.
What is considered a review?
A revision is simply a small modification or correction to move towards the final design. For example, changing a font, changing a color, or modifying text/copy.
What is not considered a review?
Adding any type of element, whether graphic or new text/copy, or completely altering the design would be considered a new concept and will be charged as such with the buyer's consent prior to creating the new design.
What if I run out of reviews?
If you run out of reviews, please place an additional order. Do not perform more than one review at a time. Refunds cannot be issued for unused revisions.
What if I want to make revisions after the order has been completed?
Additional revisions will require a new custom order for modifications. If you are not satisfied with the designs, please request revisions before completing your order.
