What are commercial use rights? Part 1
It is important to keep in mind copyright law in the United States: copyright is the exclusive right to control the reproduction and commercial exploitation of your creative work. I own the copyright to the original designs and can decide how they are used.
What are commercial use rights? Part 2
Basically, I'm just giving you the right to reproduce my work. It cannot be modified unless I allow it. Modifying my design is a copyright infringement and can get you into serious legal trouble. If you wish to purchase all copyrights, please select that extra with your order.
How many designs are included with the rights transfer?
Only one design is included. If you have ordered multiple designs and want the rights to all of them, please let me know so I can send you a custom offer or add additional transfers to your order.
And what about printing and shipping?
With access to industry-exclusive printers, I can complete your stationery and ship it directly to you! Please note that $50 is just the starting price for 500 standard double-sided cards. The final shipping price and estimated time will depend on the product you order. Sorry, shipping is only available within the United States.
How long do reviews take?
Reviews typically take 12 to 24 hours, but may be shorter if the changes are simple.
What is considered a review?
A revision is simply a small modification or correction to move towards the final design. For example, changing a font, changing a color, or modifying text.
What is not considered a review?
Adding any type of element, whether graphic or new text, or completely altering the design would be considered a new concept and will be charged as such with the buyer's consent prior to creating the new design.
What if I run out of reviews?
If you run out of reviews, please order more. Don't ask for more than one review at a time. Refunds cannot be issued for unused revisions.
What if I want revisions after the order has been completed?
Additional revisions will require a new custom order for revisions. If you are not satisfied with the designs, please request revisions before completing your order.
