Frequently Asked Questions Do you provide a print-ready PDF format in the final delivery? Yes, in all packages. Please share with me the printing guidelines provided by your supplier when submitting requirements, this will allow me to deliver a 100% print ready PDF file. You can also share the link of the product page of the printing website and I will review it. What do I have to provide you? Please include all the contact details you need me to use in the design. If you want to have a QR code, kindly share the link where the code should be redirected. I will also need your company logo in .PNG format (preferably .EPS/.SVG) and any images you would like me to include. Can I use photos taken from Google or another similar search engine? I don't feel it. Photos taken from the internet are copyrighted and you could be fined if the owner finds them in any of your commercial materials without their permission or paid license. I am not responsible for copyright infringements due to content you submit. What is considered a 'revision'? Revisions include all small adjustments to a delivered design. For example, replacing a small part of text, changing an image or changing colors... Creating a new layout or adding a new large paragraph is not considered 'revision', as the layout and content ideas should be discussed before starting the order What is the source file? The source file is the native copy of the design. It is the file created from scratch. This is useful if you need to make changes in the future without having to pay a designer to create a new design, instead they will be able to edit the source file. Is the source file included and in what format will it be provided? The source file is included in the PREMIUM package. If you choose any other package, it can be added from the EXTRAS list before checking out. The source file format will be .AI (Adobe Illustrator).
