From the beginning of the project, we will discuss your needs and design ideas. Once we have everything clear, I will start working on your project. After rounds of revisions, if you are still not satisfied, we can adjust the design until you like it or I can offer you a full refund.
What information do I need to provide to receive a fantastic project?
From the beginning of the project, we will discuss your needs and design ideas. I will need the full grammatically corrected text, images if you want something specific (or I can use clip art), and if possible, 1-2 examples of cards you like to see the design style to use.
When should I expect delivery of my project?
Standard delivery time is 3-4 days. I usually do my best to deliver before the deadline but this depends on how many active projects I have before yours. There is always the additional option for express delivery (+$20) on my service that guarantees delivery within 24 hours
