Frequently Asked Questions What do you need to get started? For the basic package I need your logo, color preferences and your website. For the $20 and $35 packages I will need (logo, color preferences and your website) + the original document you want to format; Please note that each package has a page limit. How many colors do you use within the template? Preferably one primary color for the design elements and a secondary color for the subtitles, but I will create a color scheme based on your logo that you can use throughout the file. The idea is to maintain color harmony and offer a good experience when using the file. Excessive use of colors can cause eye strain. Will I be able to change the content of the file (text and images) myself? Of course, the files delivered will be fully editable using Microsoft Word version 2007 up to 2012. Do I need to contact you after placing my order? You must provide a detailed message describing your order; I will read it and contact you if I need additional clarification. After submitting the order preview, you must contact me to explain any necessary changes; Make sure you have time available for it since there is no other way to know what you have in mind. I want to create an editable copy of a design I have, can I order your service for that? Yes, but you must first discuss your requirements with me and then I will give you a personalized offer based on the work required; Packages will not fit as designs vary depending on time and effort required. Additionally, some changes may be needed to convert the design into an editable document in Word. I want to send my document through Outlook, can I order your services for that? Not directly. You can send it as PDF.
